What is the relation between https://github.com/deeplearning4j/ and the eclipse repo’s?
I have noticed that Arbiter is only available in the above repo, not in the Eclipse one, but the above repo seems not to be maintained anymore, hence the question if outputs from Arbiter are relevant for the latest changes in the models/layers of the eclipse repo

We’ve quit maintaining arbiter since beta7. You are welcome to continue using it but it would be a lot of work to support it with the newer samediff api that is the main focus now.
Nothing has really changed in the older dl4j api so there should be compatibility between the newer libraries and arbiter on beta7.
