Yes that is indeed the wrong repository. I mentioned this elsewhere but snapshots moved to Repository - Sonatype Nexus Repository for examples using snapshots check Repository - Sonatype Nexus Repository

For website documentation work in progress see Eclipse Deeplearning4j | EN 1.0.0-rewrite | Deeplearning4j I will be done with this soon. I will have to lower the bar on the release to an alpha to get this done. I will have more new shortly. I have an early version of what I want the rewrite to hit in terms of performance and other features I was trying to hit.

Just to be clear, here is what is in my maven pom.xml:

If I look in the repo you reference, there are no nd4j 1.0.0-SNAPDHOT entries.
