What CUDNN versions are available for CUDA11.6?

For example, with CUDA10.2, DL4J would not recognize it unless you used version 7.6.5 of CUDNN.
Even though 8.7.0, which supports CUDA 10.2, is available on the Nvidia site, it could not be used.
