Confusion Matrix Explanation

Hi guys, I’m really struggling with understanding the confusion matrix. I’ve read different Docs now but I still have many questions.
F.e. this matrix: Imgur: The magic of the Internet
What is the recall and f1 score?
What do the numbers in the confusion matrix say and what do they stand for?

I’d really appreciate, if anyone could help me.

@blablab1 the confusion matrix is reporting what the guesses were. If you look at it, it shows what it guessed correctly as zero in the top left, what it guessed as 1 but was zero in the top right.
Repeat that for the second row.
