16KB page size support for android 15

Hi! Google required all Android apps to target Android 15 and support 16KB page size. The libjnind4jcpu.so and libnd4jcpu.so need to be recompiled using r28 NDK. How can I recompile these files from source?

I want to compile them for the 1.0.0-M2.1 version of the library instead of the current main as it’s been tested.

@TinTran64 I’m not going to support the old release for that. An experiment like that would require a commercial support contract. Feel free to file an issue and I can double check it against current snapshots.
