libcudnn.so.7 is in the redist package too. Make sure that it’s actually on your class path. Also try to set the “org.bytedeco.javacpp.logger.debug” system property to “true” get more messages about what it’s trying to load.

Actually adding redist package to the maven project as a dependency means that it should be in classpath, right?
